Tsujita Ramen

Today for lunch we had Tonkotsu Ramen at Tsujita Ramen. It is the best Tonkotsu Ramen we have had in America.

Florida for 4 Days

I had to go to Florida last week for 4 days.

We are doing some work for the "Mouse".

Can't say what I was working on.

It was very humid, even in the morning. It is nice to be back.

We tried a new place today for lunch, Eatalian Cafe in Gardena. It is located in an industrial area and looks like any other business on the street.

Inside it's a different world.

They make pasta.

They also make cheese,bread,and Gelato.

Grilled Vegetables

Spaghetti Carbonara

4 stagioni Pizza: tomato sauce,mozzarella,sauteé mushrooms,ham,italian sausage,artichokes

Millefoglie and Gelato for dessert.

All very good, we can't wait to go back again!
