Dad's 80th birthday at Dodgers Stadium!
Never been in a suite before. The suite was really nice, the food was just okay. I think my dad had a good time. Dodgers lost but we got to see Ichiro.

On Sunday I took another wood carving class with Yo Takimoto. This time I picked bristlecone pine as my wood. The wood had a split in it so I opened it up to create my abstract squid looking thing.

Nice store but it looks like they took many product ideas from Tortoise in Venice. If you have the chance, support the owners at Tortoise down the road on Abbot Kinney. They have many of the same items and cheaper too.
